Support » Fixing WordPress » How to see form submissions by front end users

  • I have created a member base wp site using the wp-members plugin. The site’s purpose is to store user information on there homes (room size/photos/colors etc). I used the formidable form plugin to create the custom form needed for those fields mentioned. The form on a page I created called “projects” all the fields and upload photo button work in regards to being able to input information. Then you get a prompt that it is submitted when done.

My question is, how do I and/or front users view their form submissions and see photos they have uploaded? Do I need to create another page that will show a list of entered projects? and if so how do I go about linking it to that particular users form submissions?

The goal is to have each user be able to view their form submissions and photo like a user project summary page that will list all the submissions they made and they can click on a particular submission link and see a detail page with that submission info and attached photos.

    I’m totally stumped. Please help
