How To Search with Tags to Find Images (Legacy 1.9.12)

    hi, when I do a search for a particular tag using my theme’s search function, it doesn’t find any images. Is there something I have to enable to allow the search to work? or is there a NextGen search I should be using instead? help! This plugin is wonderful but we need to be able to dynamically search and pull up images based on their tags. thanks!
