How to run composer update command

We are doing auth.net sandbox integration on our WooCommerce web store.

I am following instructions here: https://developer.authorize.net/integration/fifteenminutes/#directpost

I don’t understand how to run composer update in step 2. Are there some simple instructions how to do this?
