Thank you for the tip! Somethng must have changed within WP code, because this is the second plugin that goes sour after the upgrade. Might be a coincidence, of course, but it does look weird.

If you have a problem with 0.8, you better enable WordPress DEBUG to a LOG and see the error (and possibly report it in this forum).
After installation of 0.8.0 all wp-admin gives 500 server error and log:
PHP Fatal error: Can’t use method return value in write context in C:\Inetpub\vhosts\a——-o.pt\httpdocs\——–\wp-content\plugins\event-list\admin\includes\upgrade.php on line 39
@jjgouveia69 your error is because you use an old PHP version (lower than 5.5).
Ok. php version 5.6.33 and update ok.
But now the widget shows time like 11:00:00 even removing the “s” in “D, d M Y H:i”.
Before the upgrade I put all time in 11:00 format.
