Support » Plugin: 301 Redirects - Easy Redirect Manager » how to reverse 301 I created by mistake

I meant to do a temporary redirect, but was in a hurry – no sleep for 3 days working on this site…created a 301 redirect & now that I removed it (and also told Google console to re-index) the page is just blank.

Luckily I did not redirect the entire site – only the home page. I created another homepage here that works: myphd.stanford.edu/home.

Is there anything else we can do to get the 301 reverted quicker? Everyone will be going to myphd.stanford.edu because this is what we advertised.

Would creating a temporary 302 from myphd.stanford.edu to myphd.stanford.edu/home solve this problem? I’m at a loss.. thanks for your help in this urgent situation – we are presenting the url at a conference today & it is blank.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I tried http://myphd.stanford.edu/ and it works fine. It’s not redirected. I tried /home/ too. That’s redirected to /. So, I’d say it’s just cache being stubborn. Nothing else 🙁 You can try the 302 idea. I don’t see how it can hurt.
