Hi there!
By default, students can only complete LMS Quizzes once. They can retake a quiz only if they fail. When a user reopens a quiz, their result is saved. The only way to reset a user’s progress is for an admin to do so, which can be done under the “Manage Students” tab. For more information, refer to the documentation at https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/masterstudy-lms/lms-course-features/manage-students-by-admin Your feedback is valuable to us, and we will consider adding a retake quiz option in future updates.
Additionally, you have the option to add explanations to quiz answers. Refer to the screenshot at https://prnt.sc/8I0PMSdQxRcA for clarification. If you have any further questions, feel free to ask. We’re always here to help.
Best regards,
Lisa
Hello Lisa!
Thanks for u answer!
My thoughts on the first question: If you plan to make changes to a similar function, then enable the ability to disable saving progress for courses and quizzes, or the second option: add a checkbox in the admin panel, which will be responsible for enabling ignoring the criteria for checking a course or quiz, and when By activating the checkbox, the button for re-taking a course or quiz will be active, even if the course or quiz is 100% completed (the author of the course will determine whether or not to include the possibility of re-taking for his courses or quizes).
Second question: I know about the function of adding explanations to answers, but that’s not what I asked, I was thinking about the function of explanation specifically for the question, and not for the answer.
Hello @eotstavnov,
We have huge plans regarding Quizzes for future releases. It is planned to add a number of quiz attempts and manual reset progress for Students.
The explanation after quiz completion is not available. It sounds like a great idea, and I have added the task to our roadmap for further review. If more users support it, we will definitely consider implementing it.
Kind regards
