    Hey there!

I did a little digging, as it’s not that hard to isolate one table to restore, but you have to be a little more comfortable working within the SQL file and phpmyadmin. I found a pretty decent post with video that goes over the basics here: https://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/how-to-easily-import-or-export-any-of-your-wordpress-database-content-using-phpmyadmin-3415

    Hopefully that helps!

No that video didnt help me. I will try to explain what I need.

I have had a plugin called slimstat which create their own database tables. What has happen is that I inactivated and deleted this plugin which means I lost all data. What happen later was that I reinstalled this plugin and the tables is now back but of course no data from previous periods. I have this data now in the total sql backup (which was taken before deletion was done) from your plugin and now I want to just import data to slimstat tables but not import anything else from the total backup file.

So this in short means that I either need to find a way to copy just that part from the total files or if there is any tool where I can import your file and in that opt in which part of the backup file should be restored.

The video what I saw covered exporting existing data from wp tables and import from the exported file or perhaps I missed somepart.
