How to resolve this error?

    Using 3.0.10
    The log shows 30 red lines of
    ERROR: ZipArchive returns status: (ER_DELETED) Entry has been deleted

    Followed by:
    Backup archive created.
    Archive size is 100.17 MB.
    1552 Files with 212.93 MB in Archive.
    One backup file deleted
    Job has ended with errors in 157 seconds. You must resolve the errors for correct execution.

    Hi dlmweb,
    try switching your backup format to tar (without gz). Also, do you run a caching plugin on your site? If so, please exclude its log files and folders from your backup.

    Thank you for responding, and thanks for the tip.

    Changing the backup format to tar w/out gz did the trick. I’m now going to try this on other clients that are also throwing errors.

    I know you guys going through a lot of code changes and are getting slammed with emails. Appreciate you taking the time to respond and supporting your plugin. Will definitely give you some support back $$.

    fyi, no caching plugins on this site.

    Forum Member @chipsc has asked for a more detailed information on archive formats (Zip, Tar, Gzip). Replied here. It’s a rather general answer, though, more for mortal human beings rather than tech-savvy users. 😉
