How to resolve Address bar URLs to actual page names

    I need to make some changes in the code so that on comments page. on the top. previous and next comments should not be shown.

    I am not sure where this code is written and how i can find out that. Can anybody please help. Can you please let me know how to resolve the address bar URLs to acutal page names so that I can go to that page and make the changes in the code?

    My URL is something like this
