• Help! During development we had been using the IP address as the site address in the settings and the IP/wordpress as the wordpress directory address. I simply changed the IP address to the actual URL in both fields. But now the site appears with no CSS visible at all, and I realized that some settings, including CSS, were referring to the IP address. This shouldn’t affect visibility because the IP address directs to the same place, but for some reason it is affecting things.

In any case, I’d like to reset the main WordPress settings to try evaluating this in more detail and have no idea how to do that. I couldn’t find any information on doing that. Can someone help direct me properly?

You’ll have to access your WordPress database via phpMyAdmin (most hosting providers offer this in their control panel) and manually change the siteurl and home values back.
