  • Hi there,

    It’s not very clear how we can reset a Failed status and we don’t really understand why they’re failed.

    Looks like we still have access to the curriculum but not to the quizz that doesn’t show the questions even though the student (me in that case) never took the quizz.

    How can we fix that and let students have access to the quizz. We’ve currently set the “retake course” at 10.

    Did you set the duration for that course?

    Yes, is that the reason? I thought it was mandatory to set a duration. If I set “0”, will that work and will it reset the “failed” status?

    You can reset the course progress for that user in http://prntscr.com/qkbfxi.

    Ok, thanks for the reply. Is there a way to configure a course so that it never expires for users? Do we have to put a duration?

    Hi klaggy,

    Please set 0 for the Duration field to disable this feature.
