How to resend Receipt

    Is there anyway to resend the Receipt to an attendee? At the moment, the Receipt shortcode only works in the Email Templates option, but not in the ‘Notify’.

    I found out that one of my attendees never received their Receipt Email and I’d like to send on with the Receipt and Ticket URL shortcodes

    Hi there! Unfortunately there’s currently no way to re-send a receipt so you’ll probably have to do it manually. You can find all the relevant links/amounts in the Edit Attendee screen.
