• Some of the posts WPeMatico has generated are bad links, possibly because the source URL address has changed since the WPeMatico created its posts from the feeds. You’ll see on my site at timbaggaley.co.uk that some of the post links are 404. How do I fix this? Is there a way to get WPeMatico to re-run the feed posts?
    Thanks, Tim

    Hi @baggi-t

We took a look at your site, we noticed that the links in the posts redirect to the original article on the source site.

Probably you have activated the “Post title links to source” option inside the campaign and it is possible that the original posts have been deleted. You could try disabling that option so that users go to the posts created on your site instead of going to the source site.

And if you need to add the credits to the source site you can do it with the Custom Post Template feature, take a look at this FAQ for more information.

Please remember that changes made in a campaign will only affect posts created afterwards.

On the other hand, if you want to keep the posts synchronized so that when they change or are deleted the same thing happens on your site, you would need the Synchronizer addon features.

    Hi Manuel,
I think the easiest thing for me would be to get WPeMatico to recreate the posts from the RSS feeds with a one-off rerun. Is there a way to do this easily? Or do I have to delete my campaign and create a new one?

    Thanks, Tim
