How to replace my account option in mobile veiw

Hello I want to replace ‘my account’ option of storefront in mobile view only with external link. How can I manage it?

I guess it’s the icon of the handheld navigation bar.
If so, you can try this code in your functions.php file. You should add it on the top of this file.
