I have the horrible WooCommerce PayPal Payments plugin which blocks PP from send us our money because we don’t have tracking numbers for our downloads (we don’t ship products… customer stream them or download them).

I’d like to switch to this plugin. Do you have instructions on how to remove the horrible plugin and replace it with this one: do we put sales on hold, and if so, how? Etc.

    Thanks.

    Hi @silvabooks

Thank you for reaching out. You can seamlessly switch from your existing PayPal plugin to this one by following these steps:

    1. Go to your WordPress Admin Dashboard and click Plugins > Add new plugins
    2. In the search bar, type “PayPal” which will bring up our plugin.
    3. Click the “Install Now” button and then active the plugin.
    4. You should now see a new tab under WooCommerce > PayPal by Payment Plugins which you can click.
    5. On the API Settings page, click the Connect button which will prompt you to login to your PayPal business account.
    6. Once logged in, the plugin will connect to your PayPal account.
    7. Click the “PayPal Settings” tab and enable the different options for PayPal. /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=checkout&section=ppcp

Once you perform those steps, you can then safely deactivate your old PayPal plugin.

    Kind Regards
