    I’m trying the plugin** which I think is well done.**
 * I would like to ask if you can have the **following standard options:**
    - replace the submit button with an image of the widget.
    - place the form in a post
    - Add the template of the newsletter button google+
    - Social networks buttons are larger

 * 1) You can do it, though CSS manually, for now is the only way…
    2) Yes, you 
   can use a shortcode, see the installation part into plugin page… 3) You aren’t
   the first… we will include this icon soon… 4) You can reduce it with some HTML
   skills… editing the template…
