So i saw a function that allow to use user meta and saw facebook on it.

but how do i make sure that i want to delete only users who do not sign up with facebook login?

My plugin lists all the user meta fields that are present in the wp_usermeta table.

You may have to find out which plugin added that meta field and also find out what logic it uses and then use that logic here.
