    Do you have a file called category.php? If not you can copy the page.php file and save it as that, and then your category pages will use that template. Then you can remove the titles from the index.php and page.php files.

    no i only have these

    * Comments (comments.php)
    * Footer (footer.php)
    * Header (header.php)
    * Main Index Template (index.php)
    * Page Template (page.php)

    Styles

    * Stylesheet (style.css)

    right now im going in page template and main index to change and when i do that everything changes

    Right. Ok, do you have access to the files through FTP? If so you can open page.php and save as category.php. Upload to the server. Leave the titles alone for category.php (which your category pages will use by default) and then take out the title for index.php and page.php.
