# How to remove title attribute?

 * Hi everyone,
 * I’m a beginner wordpress user, I started to build up my websites only some days
   ago but I can not go on because I found the title attributes at the menu and 
   it’s super annoying, I decided to remove.
 * I have spent so long hours surfing on internet to find a solution, I tried the
   Remove Title Attributes plugin, I tried to add suggested parts to the functions.
   php, I was looking for this parts manually too in every css and php file but 
   it was unsuccessfull. I’m sorry for disturbing with this question, I’m sure it’s
   not a big deal to fix it, just I can’t find out how 🙂 Could anybody help me 
   please?

 * Have you tried going to Appearance > Menu, and then leaving the Title box empty
   for each link? (as in this screenshot: [https://codex.wordpress.org/File:wp3.8menu-screen4.png](https://codex.wordpress.org/File:wp3.8menu-screen4.png))
 * If they are already empty, it would be probably in your theme or a plugin.

 * Remove Title Attributes plugin hasn’t been updated since 2009. Did you see this
   one? [https://wordpress.org/plugins/no-title-tooltips/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/no-title-tooltips/)
   Might be worth a try.

 * I can’t believe it!!! The Title box was always empty but just to be sure I typed
   a space and it solved the problem! Unbelievable!!! 🙂 Thank you very much 🙂
