How to remove title and rel tags from all category links ?

I want to simply the coding of my website.

Every category link shows title=”View all posts under blah blah blah” rel=”blah blah”

I want to remove title and rel tag.

I have tried a lot, did lot of googling, still not able to figure out a way to resolve the matter.

Any help will be appreciated.
