[Resolved] How to remove the title of my Blog?

  • Hey everybody
    i have WordPress up and running, and anythings fine. But there is one thing that bothers me. I have seen various Blogs/Websites that were made with wordpress, yet they did not have a title. With title i mean the writing on the header background image.
    For example, see my site: http://jivo.kilu.de/wp/ (content is only for testing purposes)

    Here, theres written the title of my blog ‘Test’, and thats what i want to remove. i rather want to place a writing on the background image. I gues i have to delete something within the header.php file, but i can’t figure out what.
    Any help is appreciated
    Jivo

    ps: Excuse my english, its not my mother tongue

  • do you know any php or css,
    it could be that your theme is encripted, because its a premium theme, if not, the title is in your header.php file in your theme folder

    remove this line
    <?php bloginfo('name'); ?>

    i tried that before, but has no effect at all 🙁
    any different ideas?

    ahh you sure, that it was not your cache or something, that should work, unless the theme has some other special thing
