  • Resolved romaniucc

    Hi, sorry to bother.

I know this sounds silly and has no obvious point, but I really need to get rid of the comments rss feed.
Practically, I want only the main rss feed to remain and dump all the others (page feed, category feed, comments feed).

Is there any solution to this?

    Thank you so much,

  • you can’t really turn them ‘off’, however, to remove them from ‘active use’ simply remove and code/links/icons, etc in your theme’s sidebar.php, then remove something that should look like <?php comments_rss_link('RSS 2.0'); ?> and related text from either full/single/index/ and /or single.php files as needed, you can also play with the header files (for example on a couple of sites we use things like page-header.php, single-header.php which are different from our main header.php file), then in the needed files remove the <link rel feed... lines as needed.

    Thanks, got it now 🙂
