    If i just delete this, when someone reply to ticket, he is hiding.

    In next version, we’ll be giving setting to hide/show, change color, change labels etc. in advanced settings.

    If i just delete this, when someone reply to ticket, he is hiding.

    Whatever you choose to hide, will not get printed on your front end. For status, you can choose status for customer reply in general settings.
