    Hi,

I think your plugin is very useful, so thank you. However, I noticed that it places a button in the toolbar of the text-editor that allows users to insert snippets from the library. This is not always desirable, as it can cause chaos in the hands of users that don’t know what they are doing. I’m using a metafiled editor to populate a site, and it makes, and insering a snippet for (say) a page header would ruin the page.

Normally, if plugins add a button to the editor, there is normally a way to disable that. I have not found that in the settings of Woody Snippets. So (if I didn’t overlook it) my question would be: is it possible to disable that button?

    Cheers,

    Hello.

There is no way to disable this button in the plugin.

    Hi,

Yes, I noticed that. I think it would be really good if you would add that possibility. Clients (on their version of the backend) have to use the editor often to add posts, but there is great risks in allowing them to add the snippets that are part of the structure of the site. If they would mistakenly add for example a snippet for a header or a footer to their post, this would create chaos in the site.

    Regards
