How to remove recent posts from blog page?

I cannot figure out how to remove the recent posts widgets appearing on my blog page. There are two on the page:
The one I can remove takes it off all pages, I only want to remove it from this page since its redundant. I’d like to make the blog page full screen if possible.

The other one, which includes the featured images, I’d like to take off the blog page and move to the home page.

I can’t find anything about this in the documentation.
