  • How can I remove the text “Powered By: WordPress | Theme: Simple Catch ” from the footer?

and, how to customize text in footer, add hyperlinks to footer text?

  • In your footer.php file (under appearance -> editor), look for the line. All you need to do is remove it. 🙂

    Thanks! it works!

    what is the line exactly?

    oh found it it was `<?php do_action( ‘simplecatch_credits’ ); ?>

    Thank You J Angel….

yes just that line alone and no others, otherwise Javascript is absent and slideshows don’t work.

It would be nice to edit this but removing it would be fine too?
Suggestions… I tried using a footer plugin but couldn’t make it work.
Very novice not to sure about code so please make it simple if there is a simple solution. Thanks
