I an designing a website which uses a custom theme, so I can use WordPress as a CMS. The problem is with the search results, which shows the date and author stamps after the title of the result. i want to get rid of this.
I have tried the method given in this post, but it did not work for me.
    My website is at
http://edusense.co.in. You can put the word hello in the search box and search (as there is only one post now). I have modified the twentyten theme.

    That's not a WordPress site.

Well it is running on wordpress. But i have modified the template in such a way that it does'nt seem like one.

Anyway I have found a solution for my problem. That is by editing the loop.php file and removing "<?php twentyten_posted_on(); ?>
" line from the entry-meta div.
