How to remove page title in a specific page?

    Guys, I’m working on creating “Guest Post” page on wecanboost.com , and I would like to remove the page title, and regarding to another help here on WordPress Support, I installed this plugin “Royal Custom CSS for Page and Post”. How to use it for removing the title please?

    article#post-64 .entry-title, article#post-64 .entry-meta{display: none;}

    where #post-64 is the page ID in specific page.
