Hi @mpmchugh,
Due to issues reproducing this issue, would it be possible for you to send a .json export of the form (https://docs.gravityforms.com/exporting-a-form-from-gravity-forms/), and a System Status (https://docs.gravityforms.com/checking-environment-details/#h-sending-system-reports) to gfmc@webholism.com?
Thank you for your time and assistance in this matter.
Kind regards.
Hey,
I have the same issue and request.
I have built a rather large form with several rows and columns.
And each special field is part of the entries list of fields.
This makes handling form entries unnecessarily difficult.
Any progress on this? Any tip on how to remove those fields from entries?
Best and thanks
Lutz
Hi @effecticore,
Thank you for the nudge on this issue.
As was asked of the previous user, would you be able to send:
to gfmc@webholism.com?
That would help a great deal.
In the meantime, we will run further test to explore this issue.
Thank you for your assistance and patience while we look into this.
Hi @effecticore,
Please can you tell me if when you are looking at the form entries, do you have the ‘show empty fields’ checkbox checked?
Thank you.
Hey,
thanks for staying on this. We just double checked:
When we set the checkbox “show empty fields” to unchecked, the fields do not show in the Backend.
However they are present as fields in any other process surrounding the forms, for example exports etc.
So just wanting to make sure there is no way to solve this differently here.
Best and thanks!
