How to remove "i" from gallery?

  • tylerc82588

    @tylerc82588

    Hi,
    I have multiple images already uploaded to my gallery. Some of them have ugly names, and i’d rather not display the “i” button to users. I don’t want them clicking this and seeing my ugly image titles. Is there any way to disable this “i” button?
    I appreciate any help!
    Thanks

    Try adding this bit of CSS:

    .galleria-info {
    display: none !important;
    }

    You could also add this instead:

    showInfo: false,

    in the plugin’s .php file, but then it would get overwritten with every new update.

    It looks like if you click on the “i” it shows the caption. Is there a way to show the caption without taking that extra step?

    Thanks,
