How to remove “Home” word from site title

    Hi, when I google name of my website “cyklokopce”, google shows in results this text:

    “Domov – Cyklistika a kopce = cyklokopce”

    the problem is the first word (in english it would be like “Home – Cycling and climbs = Cycleclimbs”). I would like to remove the word “Home”, it is unimportant and obstructing. When I click on “Site title” in wordpress menu, under “appearence”, the title is set only “Cyklistika a kopce = cyklokopce”, without “Home”. Please, any advice how can I remove it?
