Previously there were checkboxes. Currently they are not available in Chrome. How to select and delete?

Hello bahus – That is perhaps not very clear – You can actually click the individual rows and then delete the highlighted rows via the “delete selected” button.

I know the new interface can seem a little confusing when you are used to the checkboxes – I should perhaps put in some checkboxes if nothing else for the visual information.

For some reason, the plugin is NOT deleting post duplicates.

Here is a partial copy of the log:

I also have 99 posts in the trash that were not permanently deleted.

I would appreciate any help you can offer, Lars.

    I don’t have a “delete selected” button.

Hello guys – We are working on a new version that has improved interface.

@bahus – there should be 4 buttons on top and bottom of the list of duplicates: Refresh, Delete Selected, Select Visible and Select None. If you do not see that, you must be running an older version of the plugin.

@locutus45 – Please try to set a limit in the automatic deletion section. Like, set it to 10 or 50 and see if it works. Sometimes the automatic deleting process can time out on some servers, so the limitation helps taking smaller amounts instead of timing out.

    Переустановка не помогает.

That is strange. Could you check the JavaScript Console in your browser and see if there are any conflicts with other code or plugins in your site?

    How?

    Plugin Author Lars Koudal

    (@lkoudal)

Please look up instructions for your browser on how to find the Developer Tools or “Console”. There are most likely errors there and they would inform you where the error is. Sorry I cannot help you figure out the specific issue. If in doubt, try to deactivate other plugins and see if the problem persists.

With the release of version 4.9.2, the buttons began to be displayed.

Great 🙂 I found a mistake that made the necessary code for the buttons not work properly, happy to hear it helped.

Now the buttons on the site where they worked with the previous version of the plugin have disappeared.
