How to Remove Display of Subpage on Navigation Bar

When I created a static home page, I had two “Home” links on my navigation bar. So, I made my static home page a child of the page on which I have posts. That eliminated the problem of having two “Home” links on the navigation bar, but a new problem arose. Now I have a Subpage link on the navigation bar for the “Home” page that is a child of my post page.

How do I remove the display of the subpage “Home”?
