How to remove database tables to uniinstall multisite?

    My Domain is http://www.tradelikejarvis.com/

    I installed multisite on subdirectories is domain.com/ta/

    then I uninstalled by removing the added codes in config file and .htaccess file..

    Now I dont know how to remove the multisite database tables.

    I dont how to use phpmyadmin and all.. please help me.. now the site creates problem with premalinks and database errors..
