Using phpMyAdmin, I see that my ‘wp_comments’ table is over 25 megabytes in size. However, I only have about 15 small comments on my blog.
I have frequently marked many comments as “spam” instead of deleting them, even though I don’t have an anti-spam plugin. Should I have just deleted them?
Is there a way for me to view and flush all those comments marked as spam? Is that probably why my table is so large? I want to keep a lean database…
