How to remove child form category?

    Hello
    I use /%category%/%postname%/ for my permalink.
    this permalink show full category in URL, but I don’t like it!
    just I want show parents category in url and remove child category
    for example:
    site.com/cat1/cat2/cat3/post-name.php
    should be
    site.com/cat1/post-name.php

    How to do it??
