how to remove "category" text from title

    Hi,

    I am trying to figure out how to remove the “category” text from the title before each blog post?? for example, on the menu of main page when i click “sweets” it takes me to the page that contains sweet recipes but on top it says “category:sweets”. I am a beginner at this and I tried doing some research but just ended up confusing myself more than I already am! Please help!

    Hello, You have to find that code on theme files and need to edit this code. If you are unable to find the code or can’t edit the theme try it once by CSS approach. If you are unfamiliar with CSS too, please provide the link of your site, i will provide you the CSS code. If you have any question, please feel free to ask. I will try to help you more.

    hi! yes i am unfamiliar with both! so here is a link to my site http://www.fancyapricot.com/

    As you can see there is nothing on it yet…i’m still setting it up. The problem only occurs when i did a test post but right now because there are no posts the “category” text does not appear.
