How to remove a specific tag feed?

I need some help. Do you know how to remove a specific tag feed from my blog? I have to completely remove all references to a tag that is a trademark and I already removed this tag from WordPress and plugins; I even modified article titles containing this specific keyword.
The problem is that when someone inputs “http://www.myblog.com/tag/specific_tag/” in the browser’s address bar, the page shows “Not found”, but in the title bar of the web browser you can still read the tag, instead of “Nothing found for specific_tag”.
I checked the page source code and found the line “<link rel=”alternate” type=”application/rss+xml” title=”My Blog » specific_tag Tag Feed” href=”http://www.myblog.com/tag/specific_tag/feed/” />”.
What I have to do is to completely remove that tag feed containing that specific_tag, which is a trademark?
