Since your post contained sensitive information I've removed that information for you - note that you can tag a thread with "modlook" to highlight it to a moderator

how to tag a thread with "modlook"

Add a tag of "modlook" (without the speech marks) to your thread, in the area I've outlined in red: http://snag.gy/kXwzo.jpg

how could you able to remove the sensitive information, does that info. still be exist or it may re-appear ?

From what I can tell that information doesn't exist on the forums, however it may exist in search engines that save old versions of websites.
