How to remove a footer text from a theme

Hi there,
I am new to wordpress so sorry for the silly questions.
I am just building my site and I have been using a theme by Tyler.. very helpful youtube setup and very pleased with the design.
However, as much as I love Tyler I don’t want to have ‘Theme by Tyler Moore’ on the footer.
How can I remove or edit this bit?
I have searching online and it seems to make reference to Appearance then Editor which I don’t seem to have?
Please help!
