How to remove a footer image

It seems you are using a Visual Composer (page builder) tool that is provided most likely by your theme. Since you use a commercial theme (BeTheme), please go to their official support channel. We feel they are best equipped to support their products.

Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so we would not know why your commercial theme is not working properly. Commercial products are not supported in these forums.

However, if the theme does not provide any builder and you can’t find in your dashboard any way to remove that image, try adding this in Dashboard – Appereance – Customize – Additional CSS in the Customizer

To hide the image only:
.vc_custom_1573025093505 {background-image:none!important;}

To hide image & text:
.vc_custom_1573025093505 {display:none !important;}
