How to reinstall PWA after uninstall ?

I uninstall the PWA App from mobile phones but after I can’t get to see the banner again for installing again, please, most important thing I guess.

We checked your issue. We didn’t find any issue on your website. It’s working perfectly.
Can you please clear the browser cache and check once whether the same issue having or not.

Your optional banner needs scroll down to show up, how can I force it to be shown without the need of a scroll, thanks.
