How to redirect tag/category slugs

I moved several posts from one subsite(site-1) to another subsite(site-2).
Then, redirected the post-slugs using the 301 redirect (in the edit view of each post – with WP SEO Yoast).

However, I don’t know how to redirect respective tag/category urls.

To clarify my question:
The post slugs are successfully redirected:
http://www.example.com/site1/post-slug to http://www.example.com/site-2/post-slug

Now, I want to redirect some of the tags: http://www.example.com/site-1/tag/John/ to http://www.example.com/site-2/tag/John/

Because that tag/category has no relevance on site-1, while it is linked to several posts which are now moved and redirected to site-2.

Am I making sense?
