How to Redirect Page on Reload

Hello,

I’m attributing conversions to ads whenever a “thank you” page is visited. Google has recommended that I stop the page from being refreshed by redirecting visitors to the homepage when they try to reload the page.

Does anyone know of a way to redirect visitors to another page after they reload the page or visit the same page again?
