How to redirect ?add-to-cart=1 to new domain

Hope all of you are safe during these complicated times, I’m setting up some redirects on my website but this is the only one I’m not able to set up with the plugin, i want to redirect the add to cart options to a new domain.
For example
https://old-domain.com/?add-to-cart=14160
to
https://new-domain.com/?add-to-cart=14160https://old-domain.com/product-category/bundles/?add-to-cart=14500
to
https://new-domain.com/product-category/bundles/?add-to-cart=14500Anyone has accomplished this?
