How to recover a deleted slider

Hi,

We were updating our website and I think one of the metasliders was deleted on accident. We’re pretty new to all of this, but we’ve looked everywhere for a solution on how to recover the deleted sliders. We still have the metaslider id listed on the page, but when we view the website the slider doesn’t appear. Help please!
