How to reactivate new license (new number)

    Dear All!
    It’s may be dummy’s question but I can’t find answer anywhere!

    We have site with lost Entrada license (because the developer of our site didn’t transfer license rights to our company before and I can’t to contact with him now).

    We are ready to purchase theme (again) for updates and support.

    How we can reactivate new license for working site without problems?
    Developer don’t answer to my second request about 4 weeks 🙁

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
