You wouldn’t change this in css. You just have to turn off the theme crop. That is in your settings. This requires no css no editing. It’s all there.
Please make sure you have the “virtue toolkit” plugin enabled.
Go to appearance > theme options > shop settings.
Scroll down to where you see “Product Image Sizes”
Turn off “Enable Product Image Crop on Catalog pages”
Please try this?

Hello Kadence Themes ,
Yes I already turned off “Enable Product Image Crop on Catalog pages”. I think so far I tried every possible solution but really nothing works.
I can send you my link but I don’t know if you are able to see my website as it as a ‘Under construction’ page over it:

I can’t see your site as it’s ‘Under construction’.
I can assure you no css it needed, no coding, no child theme. I can test on my server and have no problem. If you can send me a link where I can see you site I could tell you why your set up is not working.
johnychuu, deactivate your child theme and follow the steps suggests and see what happens.

How can I send a link where the website is not ‘Under Construction’ ? Because I don’t want to publish by site yet!!
ireneswart,
You would need to either temporarily remove it from maintenance mode, or else email us a temp login. info@kadencethemes.com

Hi,
I have the same problem with this.
I want to make my image in catalog size is 300×400 pixel and in single product page is 600 x 900 pixel.
Is there any easy custom css for fix this problem?
Here is my website: http://www.timbrestore.com

You should be able to adjust the dimensions of your images via WooCommerce> Settings> Products> Display under the “Product Images” section.
