    Hello!

There was a conflict between the hosting company’s caching system and some iThemes Security code in .htaccess; at least so they say. It worked fine all this time, don’t know what happened.

Anyway, they basically deleted every piece of code that was added in .htaccess by the iThemes Security plugin.

Is there a way to re-add that back, or do I have to delete the plugin and set it up again?

Whether the iTSec plugin lines are wiped from the .htaccess file or not you can always look them up in the Advanced module Server Config Rules.

Just tested deactivating the plugin and then reactivating it. Unfortunately this no longer regenerates the .htaccess content.

Oh, sweet! Been through there, but missed them. Used a backup file I had, but it’s awesome that it can be found inside the plugin too!

    Thanks!
