how to put subdiretory link as a menu in WordPress

    So my question is how to i make a menu in WordPress such that my menu should contain news images sports and the problem is when i click on news it should open say http://www.mysite.com/news and similarly when i click on sports it should be http://www.mysite.com/sports.

    Is it possible in WordPress because what we normally do is add the category and pages in menu but this is a different case

    It’s different only in that you have to man ‘manual’ links in the menu. That’s all. You’re over thinking them 🙂
